Service Technician - 2 Positions
Colusa Tractor Company currently has two openings for a qualified Service Technician. Applicants should be skilled in agricultural equipment repairs, and be willing to work flexible hours. Salary DOE.
Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduation from John Deere Tech program preferred but not required.
- 3+ years experience in a related field
- Electronic diagnostic ability
- Diagnose both gasoline and diesel engines
- Diagnose and repair hydrostatic systems and transmissions
- Must be able to perform all tasks without supervision, both in the shop and in the field.
- Must be willing to be a mentor to other technicians
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write diagnosis and work completed on routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively one on one or before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
- Ability to use personal computer and various types of diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Must have own tools.
- Valid California driver's license.
Parts Counter Salesman - 1 Position
Colusa Tractor Company currently has an opening for a qualified Parts Counter Salesman. Applicants perform a variety of in-store customer service, marketing, promoting, advertising and stocking duties related to receiving, sale and delivery of parts and accessories. Applicants must be willing to work flexible hours. Bi-lingual a plus. Salary DOE..

Skills & Qualifications:

- At least 1 year experience in Parts Department operations preferred.
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions, as well as business applications.
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid California driver's license.
